<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<p>The Research Manager will play a pivotal role in the new hub, reporting to an Associate Director.</p>
<p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Your role will involve supporting the day-to-day delivery of multiple quantitative research projects, ensuring timelines are met and outputs are delivered to a high standard.</li>
<li>You will write and refine questionnaires, with input from senior team members, ensuring alignment with research objectives.</li>
<li>You will be responsible for conducting analysis, including reviewing data tables, coding open-end responses and supporting development of table specifications, ensuring outputs are accurate and robust.</li>
<li>You will contribute to the preparation of client deliverables, including drafting report templates in PowerPoint and supporting the development of final reports.</li>
<li>You will work closely with project management teams to support fieldwork execution and troubleshoot any issues that arise.</li>
<li>You will provide regular updates to your manager on project progress and will begin to contribute to internal discussions on findings and implications.</li>
<li>You will also support on-the-job coaching of more junior team members where appropriate.</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>What you'll need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5-6+ years of experience in market research with healthcare experience (or experience in other research sectors)</li>
<li>Appreciation of marketing / client side issues</li>
<li>Self-motivated and able to work independently</li>
<li>Good communication skills - both verbal and written</li>
<li>Ability to multi task under pressure and to tight deadlines</li>
<li>High level of proficiency with Excel or SPSS</li>
