About Role: As a Reliability Analyst in the Customer Programs team, you will support the end-to-end management of in-service field events, ensuring accurate data structuring, stakeholder coordination, and documentation to enable reliability and product performance improvements. What You Will Do: Review and screen field events received through designated data platforms and validate completeness, accuracy, and consistency of event information. Identify data gaps and inconsistencies; coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and enhance overall data quality. Prepare structured event summaries and analyses for stakeholder discussions and screening reviews. Participate in event screening meetings with stakeholders and capture meeting minutes, decisions, and action items for tracking purposes. Assist in following up on action items to support timely closure in alignment with defined timelines Support the review of teardown reports, inspection findings, and document root cause findings, contributing factors, and recommended corrective actions within designated data processing platforms. Assist in preparation and maintenance of Reliability Technical Packages, including dashboards, trend analysis, and mitigation tracking. Support effective integration and alignment with downstream Reliability and Product Performance teams by ensuring high-quality FEM data. Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives, including updates to Standard Work, SIPOC diagrams, and process flow maps. Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical/ Aerospace or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. 0–2 years of relevant experience in the aviation industry, preferably in Reliability Engineering, Technical Services, MRO, or In-service Support roles. Working knowledge of airline field operations and in-service event reporting mechanisms. Understanding of field event management concepts, reliability fundamentals, and basic engine/component failure modes and probable root cause. Experience performing data validation, data screening, and structured technical documentation Ability to review and interpret teardown reports, inspection findings, and technical publications. Understanding of reliability fundamentals including, removal rates, trend analysis, and failure mode identification. Ability to interpret reliability dashboards, driver charts, and performance metrics to support identification of top fleet issues. Familiarity with aero engine technical publications such as CMMs, ES, SBs, IPCs, EMMs, and regulatory compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging global stakeholders. Qualifications We Prefer: Engine product knowledge training or certification from Airworthiness Authorities/ Airlines/ MROs/ OEMs. Foundational training in data visualization tools such as Power BI. Foundational training or certification in Quality and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Principles. Shifts/Work Hours: UK Shift (12:30 PM to 9:30PM IST) Onsite: Hybrid RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
