Role Overview The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing suitable solutions to drive business growth. Requirements Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). 1–5 years’ experience in B2B sales / Relationship Management (industry-specific experience preferred). Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset. Ability to travel frequently for client meetings. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
