The Opportunity
At
Flywire
, we are seeking a
Relationship Manager, Agent Partnerships
to support and grow our network of education agent partners across India. In this role, you will work closely with the
Agent Partnerships team
to execute strategies that drive payer growth, strengthen partner relationships, and maximize the value of our existing partnerships.
The Relationship Manager will play a key role in supporting our agent partners, ensuring they understand the value of the
Flywire Payment Solution
, while identifying opportunities to increase adoption, improve retention, and drive revenue growth. You will also act as a trusted partner to agents, providing timely support, resolving issues, and helping them succeed using Flywire’s platform.
This role reports to the
Relationship Management Lead
for the respective region in India.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the
Relationship Management Lead
to execute strategies that drive agent utilization, retention, and revenue growth
Develop and manage
strategic account plans
for assigned agents to maximize engagement, utilization, and business growth
Present Flywire’s products and services to agents in a
consultative and educational manner
, demonstrating the value of the Flywire payment solution
Provide ongoing support to existing agents by building strong relationships and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Partner closely with the
Sales Manager, Agent Partnerships
on pipeline management, handovers, and onboarding of new agents (both virtual and in-person)
Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and increase adoption of Flywire services
Organize marketing materials and represent Flywire at
events, expos, and partner engagements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner interactions and activities within
CRM systems
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience
in the
International Education Recruitment industry
, particularly supporting outbound student recruitment from India
Proven ability to
build and manage relationships with International Education Agents
; an existing network of agent partners is a strong advantage
Willingness and ability to
travel locally and interstate
to establish, maintain, and strengthen client relationships
Strong
attention to detail
, with excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent
interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills
, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong
verbal and numerical skills
, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
Experience and understanding of the
Higher Education industry
is highly desirable
Strong presentation skills
, with the ability to confidently engage audiences at all levels, including senior executives
Proficiency in
local languages or regional dialects
is advantageous when working with agents across different regions
