Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership, entrepreneurial sales leader who can build and scale markets from the ground up.
As Regional Manager – Sales, you will lead business growth across North and East India, drive revenue, expand dealer networks, and establish strong partnerships within the EV ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and market expansion across North & East India
Build and expand dealer and distributor networks
Develop partnerships with 2W & 3W OEM ecosystem players
Design and execute multi-channel sales strategies
Hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
Create sales incentive structures and dealer commission models
Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting dashboards
Collaborate with marketing for regional demand generation
Track market trends, competitor activity, and dealer performance
Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies
Candidate Profile
MBA in Marketing Management (Mandatory)
6–10 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
Experience in EV, Battery, Automotive, or Energy sectors preferred
Strong understanding of 2-Wheeler & 3-Wheeler ecosystem
Proven experience in dealer/distribution network development
Experience handling OEM partnerships
Understanding of vehicle/battery financing models is a plus
Track record in scaling revenues (₹100 Cr – ₹1000 Cr preferred)
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Willingness to travel extensively
