About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead business growth across assigned regions. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue while managing key client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, and adaptability to diverse regional markets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Managers across assigned zones.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence.
Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure achievement of sales KPIs across regions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to drive business success.
Analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
Ensure effective pipeline management and accurate sales forecasting.
Support the team in key negotiations and closure of high-value deals.
Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance evaluations for the sales team.
Manage key accounts and ensure consistent business growth within assigned regions.

Experience
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
At least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing Sales Managers or large teams.
Experience in
HORECA / Hospitality Sales
is preferred.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
