Role Overview
The Regional Sales Head – South is responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performance sales teams, and expanding market presence across South India. This role owns regional P&L, enterprise accounts, channel strategy, and execution discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver regional revenue and growth targets
Build, lead, and scale the South region sales team
Drive enterprise, government, PSU, and institutional sales
Develop strong distributor, channel, and partner networks
Manage key accounts and C-level client relationships
Forecast pipeline accurately and close high-value deals
Align sales strategy with marketing and delivery teams
Track KPIs, conversions, and regional performance metrics
Key Requirements
12+ years of sales experience with 5+ years in regional leadership
Strong exposure to B2B, enterprise, IT services, or solutions sales
Proven track record of closing large and strategic deals
Deep understanding of South India markets
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
