Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Planning & Execution
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet revenue, profit, and market‑share objectives.
Translate organizational business plans into actionable regional sales programs.
Identify new business opportunities within the Industrial Infrastructure segment.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals and/or sales supervisors.
Oversee large and complex sales or operations teams to ensure high performance.
Conduct performance reviews, develop competency plans, and drive team capability building.
Operational & Resource Management
Adapt sales plans based on market conditions, resource availability, and operational challenges.
Allocate regional budgets, resources, and sales targets to ensure optimal productivity.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Customer & Technical Support
Provide technical expertise regarding industrial infrastructure products and solutions.
Build strong customer relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, OEMs, and channel partners.
Support customers in design, selection, and implementation of technical solutions.
Business Development & Market Intelligence
Conduct market research to analyze emerging trends, competitor strategies, and pricing movements.
Collaborate with marketing, product management, and operations to drive new initiatives.
Identify regional partnerships, project opportunities, and strategic accounts to accelerate growth.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
Track sales performance, pipeline progress, and key account performance; report to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Service) to deliver business outcomes.
Escalate operational risks, customer concerns, and market insights to leadership for timely decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Industrial Management; MBA preferred.
8–12+ years of experience in
Industrial Infrastructure Sales
, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record in managing regional sales, key accounts, and complex industrial projects.
Strong technical knowledge of relevant industrial/infrastructure products.
