Roles and Responsibilities
3+ years’ experience in managing a team
Exposure to B2B industry, Channel development Management & Retention
Should be up to date with general product trends, best practices, design principles and tools/techniques
Ability to communicate/demonstrate the value and rationale to stakeholders
Ability to quickly grasp processes and use-cases in a complex business domain
Experience in building large-scale products on B2B setups
Proven ability to communicate crisply and influence cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills, is a strong negotiator and facilitator, and has excellent written and oral communication skills
Existing connects with school would be a added advantage
Desired Skill and Experience
Experience in Sales of SAAS Solutions, B2B to Institutes / Schools
Education : B.Tech / B.Com / B.Sc / MBA
Excellent Communication, Presentations, Risk Analysis, Negotiation & Collaboration Skills.
Experience in Establishing and Developing Channels and Distribution Models
Proven ability to meet Deadlines in a high paced work Environment
