• Should have total relevant experience of 10+ years
• Candidates having both (Windows & Non-Windows) OS knowledge will be added advantages.
• Should have good working knowledge of Virtualization Hypervisors along with HCI.
• Should have good working knowledge of File & Block Storages.
• Should have good grasping power and willingness to learn and acquire knowledge about the technologies they might have not worked upon, however it called for.
• Should been managing a team of at least 8-10 personnel across 24x7 Operations.
• Should have managed large/enterprise datacenter with more than 1500+ physical servers along with other devices • Knowledge of cloud services on Public cloud (AWS, Azure), IaaS, PaaS platform
• Should have basic understanding about Networking Components and its functionality.
• Should be well versed with Audits (PCI, ISO, SOX, SAS70, HIPAA etc) along with VA Mitigations.
• Should be able to architect technology designs (On-premise & Cloud)
• Ability to work on Linux hardening, patching. • Knowledge of logging, monitoring, alerting systems.
• Should have ability to identify and improvise the process in function.
• Should have knowledge about some scripting language
• Should possess good troubleshooting skills and resolve issues quickly.
• Preferably from the BPO industry which has 24x7 Operations.
• Should be able to manage pressures and handle tasks accordingly.
• Should be very dynamic & enthusiastic in work.
• Should be in tandem with the technology changes.
• Understanding of ITIL Framework and its implementation in support.
• Managing Escalations, available on severity calls during service degradations.
• Mentoring Shift Engineers (24x7 Operations)
• Ready to work in shift or off hours whenever required
• Ability to create template based doc. Such as SOPs, RCA
• Escalation and troubleshooting of Infrastructure specific incidents from Service Desk & Incident Management.
• Maintaining and updating infrastructure design/build document sets
• Should have worked under ITIL Framework.
• Automate the mundane tasks. Basic Academic Qualification
• Bachelors of Engineering any stream w/ 10+ Yrs of relevant experience.
• Bachelors in Science with Technology such as Bsc.IT w/ 10+ Yrs of relevant experience.
• Certification on any Technology or Multiple Technology will be added advantage.
• Managing Escalations
