About this role

Monitoring daily service level activities across the team. Have supporting delivery / governance plans to achieve the expected service levels Support the team to achieve their expected daily input & output targets (result oriented). Motivate and guide the team in right direction to ensure weekly and monthly targets are met Ensuring everyone in the team is productive as per business requirements  On need basis must endeavor to perform hands-on (lead from the front).
