Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Jaipur. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates aligned with the company’s strategic hiring goals. You will build and maintain a pipeline of talent, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure the best candidate experience. Additionally, the Recruiter will manage job postings, analyze hiring metrics, and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy of the company.
Qualifications
Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a range of roles
Ability to build and manage a talent pipeline through networking, social media, and recruitment platforms
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill role requirements
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and the ability to analyze and report hiring data
Relevant experience in hospitality recruitment is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications in HR are a plus
