Account Managers for Medical Billing Process

Shift Timings:
Night Shift, PST/CST Time Zone
Responsibilities:
Manage clients & accounts independently for medical billing processes.
Client interaction &
Account management
skills.
Interaction with Team members at regular intervals, sharing the knowledge and information among the team members.
Support a positive culture and work environment.
Lead by example (courteous, energetic, punctual, and respectful, of others and team player.
Coaching & development of the subordinates through training need identification.
5- 10 years related experience of which Min 5 years experience in
end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) USA Operations.
Independently managed at least 15+ people accounts.
Commitment, Strategic Thinking, Effective People Management, open for suggestion, deliberate the decisions.
Excellent communication skills.
