R2R candidate (Record to Report)
to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate flexibility in handling diverse responsibilities. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
Job responsibilities:
Prepare and post
Journal Entries
, monthly reconciliations, and
General Ledger
adjustments accurately and on time.
Handle
Accounting operations
for both managed properties and corporate-level entities.
Execute
Month-End Closing
activities including accrual entries and other key adjustments.
Process Invoices, ensure precise
data entry
, and maintain well-organized accounting records.
Prepare, review, and analyze
Monthly Financial Statements
for assigned properties.
Track and process
Utility Payments
ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
Perform
Bank
,
Debtor
, and
Vendor Reconciliations
to maintain clean and accurate accounts.
Address queries from
residents
,
clients
, and
property managers
regarding financial statements or ledgers.
Support management with special projects and ad hoc
financial reporting
.
Conduct
research and analysis
on accounting discrepancies and provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
🎓
Bachelor’s degree
in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
💡 Strong knowledge of advanced accounting principles and general ledger processes.
📊 Advanced Excel proficiency with the ability to manage and analyze large data sets.
🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact confidently with US clients over calls.
📋 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
⚡ Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
You must have:
🕒 Willingness to work in Pacific Time (PST) shifts.
💼 1–8 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance required.
🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication skills with clarity and professionalism.
💻 Hands-on experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or QuickBooks is a strong advantage.
