Job title: R&D Transversal Capabilities Group Lead Location: Hyderabad Our Team:   Sanofi Global Hub (SGH) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions​.      The R&D Transversal capabilities Group Lead will be responsible for guiding, monitoring, and leading the Transversal Capabilities team. This team encompasses:   Dashboarding and reporting, Change management and workforce engagement , User roles, access and system management  Non-asset project management  , E2E service provider engagement     Group lead will be responsible to create synergies and provide functional & operational direction to multiple transversal capabilities, while partnering with Global R&D Operations.     Act as of the Point of Contact for Transversal capabilities for global and hub teams   Partner with R&D departments & R&D GO to identify needs and provide resources for non-asset project management, workforce engagement, dashboarding etc.   Resource Management: Identifying and allocating team members and managing budget  Addressing challenges and making informed choices with project leaders and RD stakeholders  Support delivery of projects in terms of resourcing, quality , timeliness , efficiency , and high standards for deliverables made by teams    Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments  , Encourage creativity and risk-taking  Identify areas for improvement and support team growth   , Mentor the team on day to day as well as exceptional cases/situations  Resource and back-up planning for business continuity  Communication, Collaboration, Change Management: Keeping stakeholders informed, coordinating across the team, building a strong change management plan aligned with Sanofi blueprint​  Develops and maintains expertise on key trends / developments in the industry  Identify areas for innovation and implement with external and internal partners  Support creation of tools and processes process to improve quality and productivity  Maintain effective relationship with the end stakeholders with an end objective to meet the agreed deliverables  Drive effective collaboration with global and Hubs stakeholders for process improvements, risk mitigation plans, and new initiatives  About you     Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor, preferably in the pharmaceutical field is desired. Strong ability in managing a multi-layered team of 50+ people. Experience working with cross-functional and globally dispersed teams preferred  Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, adept at influencing and managing conflicting priorities. Highly proficient in stakeholder management, project management, and people management  Technical skills: MS office (including Teams, SharePoint), project management tools   Education: Bachelors or advanced degree (BS, MBA, PhD) in science and/or business  Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)     Pursue progress, discover extraordinary      Better is out there.
