About the role:
This is not a catalog-management or deal-pushing role.
The Q-Commerce Manager will own Ugaoo’s Q-commerce P&L and be accountable for turning Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and similar platforms into sustainable, high-growth businesses.
You will own everything that drives the channel — revenue, margins, availability, visibility and execution — from commercial strategy and growth planning to inventory, payments and day-to-day performance. What sells, how it sells, and how profitably it grows will sit squarely with you.
Responsibilities:
Own the Q-commerce P&L
across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and other platforms, driving revenue, margins, ROI and sustainable growth.
Build and execute growth plans
for each platform, including targets, pricing, promotions and visibility strategies.
Lead platform partnerships
, including negotiations on commercials, placements, campaigns and expansion opportunities.
Use data to drive decisions
by tracking sales, conversion, pricing, ROAS, stock cover and profitability to optimise performance.
Ensure high availability and inventory health
by planning demand and maintaining 100% in-stock on key SKUs.
Run profitable promotions and events
, balancing topline growth with contribution margins.
Own operational execution
including PO fulfilment, SLAs, cancellations, returns and overall platform hygiene.
Own all money flows
— receivables, settlements, deductions, credit notes and RTVs — ensuring zero revenue leakage.
Be the internal owner of Q-commerce
, working with content, NPD, supply chain, finance and operations to ensure the channel is always set up to win.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of marketplace experience
, with at least
2 years in Q-commerce
(Blinkit experience is a must).
Strong experience working on
high-velocity, low-ticket categories
like home, daily-use, essentials, pooja or similar.
Comfortable running businesses on
platform dashboards, Excel and data
— not gut feel.
Someone who thinks in terms of
P&L, growth levers, ROI and ownership
, not just execution.
Deep interest in
D2C, e-commerce and digital brands

Clear, confident communicator who can manage both
platform partners and internal stakeholders.
