Role Overview
The Quality Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all food products meet the highest standards of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role supports smooth operations across the production chain and drives continuous improvement in food quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality checks, testing, and audits at various stages of food processing and packaging.
Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards such as
FSSAI, HACCP, ISO
, etc.
Monitor production processes to ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.
Plan and execute inspections for raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products.
Maintain accurate documentation for quality audits, test reports, and corrective actions.
Review and update SOPs, policies, and quality standards as per industry best practices.
Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, and NPD teams to ensure consistency in product quality.
Ensure proper implementation of hygiene and food safety protocols across all units.
Train staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience:
2–3 years in the food industry (preferred in frozen or chilled food segment)
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
Food Science
Food Technology
Biotechnology
Microbiology or related field
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and audits
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and documentation skills
Strong communication and training ability
Ability to handle inspections and compliance independently
