About this role

Roles and Responsibilities ● Call monitoring throughout the shift for the production floor. Do a fixed number of daily audits and ensure 1:1 feedback closure with the advisors. ● To prepare quality related reports using Google Sheets and Google documents and maintain a quality dashboard. ● Assist in the development of the new hires and existing production floor advisors in the process by call monitoring/observation, conducting training on telephonic etiquettes, soft skills, various dispositions and sales techniques.. ● Taking On the Job Training (OJT) sessions & responsible for their performance ● Maintain Shift-Brief Records during team huddles & end-of-the-day meetings ● QA will be expected to prepare the SOP , take calls, and demonstrate selling and Objection handling scenarios. ● QA will also be responsible for conducting refresher training delivery to existing advisors on the production floor. ● Working experience of preparing dashboards using Pivots and publishing quality reports using google studio /Google sheets  Desired Candidate Profile ● Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in auditing sales calls. ● Excellent Hindi, One regional language and English communication skills. ● Exceptional presentation and training skills. ● Yellow belt trained or certified ● One who has working knowledge on Google sheets and has published all kinds of quality reports. ● Effective feedback skills. ● Work flexibility - Open to work 6 days a week at HSR location Bangalore location
