Role: Quality Assurance Engineer - I

Role Summary:
By creating and carrying out test plans, finding defects, and reporting problems, a
quality assurance (QA) engineer ensures the dependability and quality of software or
goods. They work together with development teams to specify testing specifications,
automate testing procedures, and confirm that products fulfil performance and
functional requirements. Throughout the development lifecycle, they aim to eliminate
errors, maintain high-quality deliveries, and guarantee a flawless user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
● Reviewing software requirements and preparing test requirements.
● Writing and Executing test cases and on software usability.
● Analysing tests results on database impacts, error and bugs, and usability.
● Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and
reporting to the stakeholders.
● Participating in design reviews and providing inputs on requirement, product
design, and potential problems.
● Knowledge and experience in testing mobile apps on differ
ent Mobile
Application Platforms, such as iOS and Android, on Mobile device testing and
on Web browsers.
● Participation in creation of test plans, creating test cases, bug reports
● Experience with Sanity, Usability, Functional testing, integration and regression
testing.
● Experience of API testing.
● Understanding of PRD
Requirements:
● 6 months to 1 year of experience in QAE
● Working knowledge of testing techniques and compatibility with various
software programs
● Working knowledge of bug fix verification and preparing test documents.
● Knowledge of programming (Java) and automation. (Good To Have)
● Excellent critical thinking skills.
● Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
