Key Responsibilities
Perform
manual testing
of the SaaS platform and frontend website to ensure functionality and usability.
Create and process
test orders on the platform
to validate workflows and system accuracy.
Conduct
end-to-end testing
of product features before release.
Identify, document, and track
bugs, errors, and inconsistencies
.
Perform
UI and design validation
to ensure the platform meets quality and usability standards.
Verify that features work correctly across different browsers and devices.
Collaborate with the
PM, development, and design teams
to resolve issues.
Maintain
testing documentation and reports
for identified issues and fixes.
Ensure
overall quality checks
before deployments.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of
Manual Testing concepts
.
Strong
attention to detail
and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of
UI/UX and design consistency
.
Familiarity with
SaaS platforms or web applications
is a plus.
Ability to document and communicate issues clearly.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, IT, or related field

Internship or prior experience in
QA / Manual Testing
is a plus.
Familiarity with
bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
