Job Title: QA Tester (Manual & Automation)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
QA Tester
with expertise in both
manual and automated testing
for mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and user experience. You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying issues early in the development lifecycle, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver flawless products.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute
manual and automated test cases
for mobile and web applications.
Identify, log, and track defects; communicate issues clearly to development teams.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high product quality.
Create and maintain detailed
test plans, test cases, and documentation
.
Conduct
performance testing, benchmarking
, and
post-release validation
.
Ensure a
crash-free mobile app rate >99.99%
across devices.
Perform
functional, integration, compatibility, regression, accessibility
, and
persona-based testing
.
Build and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as
Selenium, Appium, JUnit
, etc.
Use
TestRail, Jira
or similar tools for test case management and defect tracking.
Capture and analyze logs for diagnosing app crashes.
Ensure test suites are run regularly and results are documented.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
3–5+ years in mobile and web application testing (manual + automation).
Proficiency in
Selenium, Appium, JUnit
and other test automation tools.
Strong understanding of
software testing methodologies
and best practices.
Experience with
test case management
tools like TestRail, Jira.
Knowledge of
SQL
and database testing.
Hands-on experience with
Git
or other version control systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Other Requirements:
Exposure to testing types including
smoke, GUI, upgrade, installation, ad-hoc
testing.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, agile environment

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest testing tools, frameworks, and industry practices.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple test cycles and priorities.
