QC Supervisor

Required Skills & Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology , Engineering , or a related field is often preferred. Experience : Typically 3–5+ years in the offset printing and packaging industry, with previous supervisory experience. Technical Knowledge : Deep understanding of offset printing processes , machinery, and materials (ink, paper, substrates). Proficiency in color theory and color management software. Knowledge of prepress file formats and quality testing (e.g., material thickness, dimensions, color gamut ). Soft Skills : High attention to detail , strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills for coordinating between departments and clients
