Responsibilities:
Understand the product in and out.
Responsible for giving GO signal for all deployments.
Making sure that we ship out fast without killing the experience for our users.
Testing the Product across different versions of the app.
Troubleshoot issues raised by Users and Internal Team.
Perform cause analysis of user issues via in-depth research and analysis.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to fix product issues quickly and to provide product improvement ideas.
Respond to the user and internal team queries.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in assuring the quality of multiple applications.
Curiosity about how things work.
Good understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, RESTful architecture, and SQL.
Can own the problems end to end.
Exposure to AWS infra would be an advantage.
