Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
QA Lead
to drive quality assurance initiatives across our product suite. The ideal candidate will lead testing efforts, ensure high product quality, and implement efficient testing strategies, including manual and automation testing using modern tools like Playwright.
Experience Required
5 to 10 years
of experience in software testing
Strong background in
Manual Testing
At least
1 year of hands-on experience in Playwright (automation testing)
Prior experience in leading or mentoring QA teams
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end
quality assurance activities
across product development lifecycle
Design, develop, and execute
test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
Perform
manual testing
for functional, regression, integration, and system testing
Develop and maintain
automation test scripts using Playwright
Validate
data integration workflows with ERP/SAP systems
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables
Identify, track, and manage defects using standard defect tracking tools
Ensure adherence to
SDLC and STLC processes
Drive
test strategy, test coverage, and continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers
Participate in requirement analysis and provide early feedback on quality risks
Technical Skills Required
Strong expertise in
Manual Testing concepts and methodologies
Hands-on experience with
Playwright automation framework
Experience in testing
web applications and microservices-based architecture
Good understanding of
REST APIs testing
(Postman or similar tools)
Experience in
data integration testing with ERP/SAP systems
Familiarity with
Java-based applications
(basic understanding preferred)
Knowledge of
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
for debugging/testing
Experience with
test management and defect tracking tools
(e.g., JIRA)
Understanding of
CI/CD pipelines and automation integration
is a plus
Experience working in
Linux environments
is an advantage
Exposure to
AI-driven testing approaches, MCP AI agents, or intelligent automation tools

Educational Qualification
