Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented
QA Intern
to join our engineering team. As a QA Intern, you will work closely with developers and senior QA engineers to ensure the quality of our applications and APIs. You’ll be a key contributor in identifying bugs, writing test cases, and automating API tests.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with QA and backend teams to understand product requirements and test scenarios
Perform manual testing of features, workflows, and APIs across web and mobile applications.
Write clear and concise test cases and test plans
Report bugs with detailed documentation and steps to reproduce
Support in setting up and running automated API test scripts (Postman/Selenium/RestAssured)
Learn and apply QA best practices in an agile startup environment
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong interest in software testing and quality assurance
Basic knowledge of manual testing concepts
Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman is a plus
Exposure to any automation tools (like Selenium) is an added advantage
Good analytical and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
