The Role: Quality Assurance Engineer (QA)
This is not just another testing role. You’ll help ensure the reliability and performance of the world’s first AI Agentic manufacturing OS.
You will:
Own quality end-to-end — from requirement analysis → test planning → release validation.
Design and execute comprehensive test strategies across functional, regression, and automation testing.
Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for AI-native workflows.
Identify, debug, and proactively prevent issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
Validate integrations with 3rd-party systems and ensure data accuracy across flows.
Drive quality metrics, performance benchmarks, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Founders in a high-ownership environment.
Lead end-to-end testing initiatives throughout the entire SDLC from test planning, test design, test execution, and test reporting.
Take charge of all forms of testing, including performance testing, stress testing, front-end, back end testing, automation testing, including functional, regression, UAT, black box, white box, etc.
Define test strategy, conduct requirements analysis for testability, identify scope, conduct risk and mitigation planning, configuration management planning, write master and detailed test plans for test planning and design.
Implement defect management processes, manage test reporting metrics, and build a test report for each level of testing
Write & Maintain Test Plans and Scripts for tracking defects and fixes in software applications.
Suggest new tools to automate process flows
Set-up and monitor continuous integration for build, deploy and automated tests.
Enter detailed defects in the defect tracking system (JIRA).

What We’re Looking For
Experience in testing web apps using Selenium/Cucumber/Mocha/Jest (Any 1)
Experience in testing application logic by writing unit test cases in python.
Experience in testing RESTful API and test tools/frameworks.
Experience in a high paced agile development environment.
A deep understanding of multiple forms of software testing throughout the entire SDLC, i.e : regression, functional, unit, black-box, white box, UAT, usability, stress testing, performance testing,security testing etc.
Ability to develop test tools and frameworks in scripting and/or object oriented languages. (Python, Shell, Java, NodeJS, VueJS etc.)
Familiarity with Git, Gradle, Maven,Nginx, Linux administration (Ubuntu/CentOS).
Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git, TFS, Mercurial or SVN.(Any 1)
Basic knowledge of SQL and/or any RDBMS
Strong analytical skills, QA bend of mind, capable of breaking robust software.
Can take complete responsibility & ownership of a Product and puts Quality and Zero Defect Tech at highest priority.
Can work independently as well as in a team environment and cope up with meeting strict deadlines under pressure.
