You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications A minimum of 5 years of consulting/ industry experience Strong hands-on PROS Configuration and Customization At least one end to end implementations experiences in PROS CPQ Should have experience in PROS Quote modelling. Should have experience in Product setup Configurations, Catalog creation Should have experience in PROS Control. Should have experience in Product pricing setup (Pricing, Discount rules). Should have experience in Document Designer. Salesforce/CRM Integration with PROS CPQ. Should have experience in Salesforce Advance approval (installations, post installation steps, quote level approval, quote line level approval, developed OOB and customized approval flow). Understanding of CPQ concepts like Product structure and setup, Pricing and Discounting strategies, Quoting Process (Quote and order lifecycle, Guided selling, quote templates, multi-lingual templates, advanced approvals), Renewals and Amendment process Should have very good communication and presentation skills Ability to analyze business requirements to identify gaps and translate requirements into system process and functional user stories Communicate and collaborate effectively with offshore, onsite and cross functional teams Familiarity in leveraging Agile project methodologies, for full – lifecycle implementations Experience in Functional and Process testing of Lead to Cash implementations using various testing methodologies Certification:            PROS CPQ certification will be preferred. Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications : Strong Experience in configuration, customization and Integration. Candidate should be able to lead technical requirements gathering sessions and should be able to demonstrate a track record with standard SDLC and Agile implementation techniques Education:           BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university    Location:           Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune /Chennai.
