Role
We are looking for a talented Proposal Writer to craft compelling, technically accurate, and commercially persuasive proposals and RFP responses that win business for Tradelab. You will collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to articulate our value proposition and differentiate our trading technology solutions in competitive bid scenarios with institutional clients, brokers, and financial enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation of high-quality, customized proposals and RFP/RFI responses for enterprise clients in the FinTech and capital markets sector
Translate complex technical capabilities of Tradelab's OMS, RMS, trading terminals, and wallet solutions into clear, client-focused value propositions
Collaborate with solution architects, product managers, and sales teams to understand client requirements and craft tailored responses
Develop compelling case studies, executive summaries, technical specifications, and commercial terms that address client pain points
Maintain and continuously improve a library of reusable proposal content, templates, and boilerplates
Manage proposal timelines, coordinate inputs from cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure on-time, high-quality submissions
Conduct competitive analysis and incorporate differentiators that position Tradelab favorably against competitors
Ensure compliance with RFP requirements, client guidelines, and regulatory standards
Edit and proofread proposals to ensure consistency, clarity, and professional presentation
Track proposal metrics and outcomes, identifying opportunities to improve win rates and proposal effectiveness
Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to enhance proposal quality
Skills & Experience
4-5 years of proven experience in proposal writing, bid management, or technical writing, preferably in B2B technology or Saas environments
Prior experience in the FinTech or Capital Markets industry is mandatory
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively
Strong understanding of trading systems, brokerage operations, order management, and risk management concepts
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent proposal submissions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management tools
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
Attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing capabilities
Analytical mindset to understand client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly
Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Communications, Finance, or related field
