Role Overview
As a
Prompt Engineer
, you will design, deploy, and scale AI agents in real-world healthcare environments.
This role goes beyond prompt writing — you will work across
context design, tool integration, evaluation frameworks, and client workflows
to build reliable, production-ready AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and iterate on system prompts and multi-turn conversational flows for healthcare use cases
Translate client workflows into AI agent behavior and tool usage logic
Work with APIs, schemas, and MCP layers to enable agent-tool integrations
Analyze failures in agent responses and debug conversational breakdowns
Build evaluation frameworks to measure prompt and agent performance
Deploy AI agents across channels such as WhatsApp and web widgets
Document reusable patterns and create playbooks for scalable agent deployment
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and client teams

Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of hands-on experience in:
Prompt Engineering
LLM-based systems
AI agent design
Experience building production-grade AI or LLM-powered applications
Strong understanding of:
Tool use / function calling
Context management
System & user message structuring
Additional Requirements:
Ability to debug and improve agent behavior in real-world scenarios
Comfortable working with APIs, schemas, and basic scripting
Strong written communication skills (documentation + client interaction)
Nice to Have
Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Experience building evaluation pipelines or prompt testing frameworks
Exposure to client-facing or solutions engineering roles
Experience deploying conversational AI on WhatsApp or similar platforms
