We are looking for
Project Engineers / Project Managers (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil)
to join our
Projects Team
for renewable energy projects at
Manmad
. The role involves execution, coordination, and monitoring of site activities to ensure timely and quality completion of projects in line with safety, cost, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and monitor project activities at site for solar/wind/renewable energy projects
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution
Ensure adherence to project schedules, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety norms
Track daily progress, material availability, and manpower deployment
Support preparation and review of BOQs, drawings, method statements, and execution plans
Identify risks, delays, and deviations; propose corrective and preventive actions
Ensure compliance with statutory, quality, and safety requirements at site
Maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS for management review
Support commissioning, handover, and closure activities
Must-Have Skills
Degree in
Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering
Strong understanding of site execution and project coordination
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
Proficiency in
MS Excel, MS Word
, and basic project reporting tools
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience in renewable energy, power, or infrastructure projects
Knowledge of safety standards, quality systems, and statutory compliance
Familiarity with project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera)
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
5+ years of relevant experience in project execution (experience level flexible based on role)
