Project Manager – US Business

4:30 pm – 1:30 am IST
About the Role:
Lead high-touch, complex client engagements, ensuring all accounts transition smoothly from onboarding to full-scale activation while meeting performance targets. This is a highly visible role driving delivery excellence for US clients in collections and financial services.
What You’ll Do:
Run customized demos, solutioning questionnaires, and document client constraints during the Solutioning stage.
Drive kickoff calls, confirm objectives, and finalize rollout plans during
Onboarding.
Conduct daily/weekly client reviews, track SLAs, and identify performance gaps during
Activation.
Lead quarterly business reviews, create growth roadmaps, and spot upsell opportunities during
Expansion.
Collaborate cross-functionally with data, ops, and client teams to ensure seamless execution.
What We’re Looking For:
4–6 years of SaaS/CPaaS project management experience in collections or financial services.
Familiarity with collections tech stack, CRM systems, and campaign tools.
Strong stakeholder management, escalation handling, and negotiation skills.
PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
Solid understanding of
FDCPA, CFPB, and US data privacy regulations.
Comfortable working in US business hours.
