Job Title - Project Manager – Strategic Initiatives   Location - Gurgaon Reports to - Site Lead India  Role Description:    We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager who plans and drives the execution of key initiatives for India Center collaboratively working with senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:   Work with India Site leader to prioritize, plan and execute key cross functional projects. Establish governance and cadence for India Center for cross functional items Partner with India Management Team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with FNZ's overall objectives  Analyze business metrics, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions or optimization opportunities  Define, maintain and report Center level KPIs – operational and strategic Facilitate review meetings with senior leadership members, ensuring actionable outcomes and follow-up  Develop and maintain standardized reporting frameworks across the sites Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts  Track and analyze Technology cost performance against budget, identifying variances and underlying drivers  Partner with Finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance  Build strong relationships across all organizational levels to facilitate smooth project execution  Experience required:   Requirements:   Essential Qualifications:   Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field 4 - 6 years of experience in project management, strategy consulting, or financial planning roles Should have done site / center level project / operations management Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis  Advanced Excel and PPT skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred  Key Skills & Competencies:   Strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into executable plans  Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management  Exceptional communication and presentation skills  Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels  Results driven, detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills  Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment  Preferred Qualifications:   MBA or professional qualification (CFA, CPA, CIMA)  Experience in financial services or fintech industry  Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services  Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)  an, Six Sigma)  About FNZ FNZ is committed to opening up wealth so that everyone, everywhere can invest in their future on their terms.
