Overview:
We are looking for experienced Project Managers with a strong background in the lending domain to lead and manage strategic projects within our organization. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the financial services industry, specifically in the lending sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end project management for
lending domain initiatives
, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and track progress to ensure timely execution.
Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment with business objectives.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
8 to 10 years of project management experience, with a focus on the lending domain.
In-depth understanding of lending processes, including origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections.
PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects with diverse stakeholders.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
