Salescode Company and Product Collaterals Product Overview: SCAI - The world’s first Voice AI Agen t that can talk to millions of retailers simultaneously— autonomously taking orders, upselling, and nudging promoOons, more effectively than a human SFAI - An AI-powered SFA that drives the Competency & Behaviour of each Sales Reps for each call to provide a Guaranteed Sales Uplift Next-Gen eB2B - Connect Retailers/Trade Partners via an eB2B app with Hyper Personalized Engagements Next-Gen DMS - Increase Sales, Reduce Cost, and Manage Distributor’s Working Capital with AI DaaS World's First Experience Centre for "Future Ready Sales Team and Trade" for CPG Sales Key roles and responsibilities- ● Developing and managing project, communication, resource plans, and processes ● Assist in defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business processes in collaboration with other CDI and customer stakeholders ● Daily Management and coordination of all technical and logistical aspects of a project including timelines, risks, risk mitigation strategies, action \ items and change requests ● Leading and co-ordinating the scoping, technical requirements gathering, estimating and planning for single or multiple projects or work streams while scheduling project timelines and making estimates for the budget and schedule ● Managing an agile software development process, working with Developers, Testers and Business Analysts ● Translating scope and requirements of a technical nature to wider stakeholders of all levels ● Documents and understands what the technical environment dependencies area for each project to support an end to end integrated environment ● Facilitate sessions with Product Managers, internal and external stakeholders to analyze business and user needs and to deliver necessary artefacts (use cases, user stories, functional requirements specifications, UI designs, mockups, workflows) ● Participate in the process of documenting technical best practice and standards for production of accessible assets ● Act as a liaison with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis Key Skills and Requirements- ● Preferred those having experience in B2B product-based organization. ● Superior presentation and communication skills, written and verbal as well as excellent listening skills. ● Technical skills are required to understand client requirements ● Developing technical solutions by defining, analyzing, and documenting those requirements. ● Should be well-versed in the data handling part also. ● Flexible enough to mold oneself to work independently or in the group as well as to be a leader or follower as the situation requires. ● A self-starter and a tenacious individual that is not afraid of taking new initiatives and sometimes rejection. ● Your day will consist of high-volume meetings & e-mailing. ● Passionate about disruptive & new-gen technologies and their implementation. Education Qualification- ● Undergraduate Degree (Must have)- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field (B.tech) from a tier 1 or tier 2 college. ● Postgraduate Degree (Good to have)- A Master’s degree (MS, MBA, or PhD) from a tier 1 or tier 2 college is a plus. Experience - ● Relevant Experience: 6+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a technical product management role at a product-based company. ● Technical Skills: Strong technical background with experience in AI, machine learning, or SaaS product development. ● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to present complex technical information clearly and effectively. Skills- ● Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data analytics, and AI technologies. ● Project Management: Proven ability to manage product life cycles, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver projects on time. ● Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and experience using data to drive product decisions. ● Leadership: Experience in leading teams, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Certifications (Optional but Preferred)- - Product Management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Product School) - Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) What’s on Offer 1.
