Role Overview We are looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, ownership, and execution across teams. This role is not just about tracking tasks - it’s about ensuring things move efficiently, teams stay aligned, and execution happens at speed. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you should be proactive, organized, solution-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate across product, design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams Track tasks, timelines, dependencies, and project ownership Identify blockers proactively and ensure faster resolution Drive follow-ups to maintain execution speed and accountability Create and maintain clear documentation, trackers, and project updates Support cross-functional communication and alignment Help teams stay organized and execution-focused in a dynamic environment What Success Looks Like Projects move faster with improved coordination Teams remain aligned, accountable, and informed Communication becomes structured and transparent Execution bottlenecks are identified and resolved quickly You become a reliable point of coordination across teams Skills Required Execution & Coordination Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously Attention to detail and strong ownership mindset Communication Clear verbal and written communication skills Ability to coordinate effectively across different teams and stakeholders Tools & Productivity Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, ClickUp, Google Sheets, or similar project management tools Interest in AI and productivity tools for workflow optimization Mindset Fast learner with proactive thinking Problem-solving attitude with execution focus Comfortable working in high-speed startup environments Bonus Points Previous internship or startup experience Exposure to gaming, apps, consumer tech, or digital products Experience working with multiple stakeholders or teams Familiarity with AI tools for organization or workflow management Who This Role Is For This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to how fast-paced startups execute, coordinate, and scale operations.
