Experience in Program Management in OEM/Tier 1/ESP environment.
Expertise in managing overall Chassis Program including Suspension, Steering, Brakes, Structural, Frames, Wheels, Tires, Mounts etc.
Experience in Vehicle Integration / Issue Resolution specifically in Chassis / Top-Hat zones.
Exposure to CAE Load cases applicable / Regulatory requirements etc
Well versed in Vehicle Test Management ( Component , Subsystem , Module & Vehicle Level )
Exposure to Product development stages
Experience in negotiating with Cross Functional Teams/ Front ending with Clients.
Awareness/exposure of Industry 4.0 / Industry X.
Good skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
Very good communication skill.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
