The Project Executive will be responsible for end-to-end coordination and implementation of the Digital Lab project in the assigned city. This includes
setting up digital labs
,
facilitating digital literacy training
for teachers and students (Class 6–12), and
conducting awareness sessions
for community members.
The role requires strong field coordination, training capability, stakeholder engagement, and operational ownership.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Digital Lab Setup & Operations
Coordinate with school authorities for lab space, infrastructure readiness, and installation support.
Oversee setup of digital lab assets (computers, networking, LMS access, power backup, etc.).
Ensure regular functionality, maintenance, and troubleshooting with vendors/technical teams.
B. Training & Facilitation
Deliver digital literacy training to students (Class 6–12), including:
Basic digital skills
Internet & information literacy
Cyber safety & online security
Introduction to MS Office, online communication tools
Basics of Generative AI and digital citizenship
Facilitate teacher training to build long-term ownership for post-project continuity.
Conduct digital awareness and literacy sessions for community members.
C. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary on-ground point of contact for school leadership, teachers, and community representatives.
Coordinate training schedules, lab access, attendance, and logistics.
Organise events, awareness camps, and monitoring visits.
D. Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation
Maintain attendance, training records, session reports, and lab usage logs.
Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to the Project Manager.
Support baseline, midline, and endline assessments.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.
E. Community Engagement
Mobilize students, teachers, and community groups for various training modules.
Drive communication and outreach activities within the school ecosystem.
3. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Social Work, Computer Science preferred).
1–3 years of experience in field project implementation, training, or community development.
Experience in digital literacy, EdTech, or school-based projects is desirable.
4. Skills & Competencies
Strong facilitation and classroom management skills.
Good understanding of computers, internet usage, and digital tools.
Ability to train on cyber safety, online platforms, and basic AI concepts (training will be provided).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (school, community, vendors).
Strong documentation and reporting capability.
Self-driven, agile, and comfortable with fieldwork.
