Job Description
As a
Sr.
Project Engineer for Services,
you will be part of a dynamic engineering team based in
Pune/Noida
, working under the guidance of a
Team Lead
. Your day will involve collaborating with global project managers, building automation projects across multiple industries, and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective delivery. You'll visit customer sites to troubleshoot and commission systems, while also mentoring junior engineers and contributing to continuous improvement. You will report to the Manager
Your Responsibilities:
Responsible for, cost-effective, and high-quality project execution that ensures customer satisfaction.
Provide process domain expertise and solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Coordinate with Project Managers and regional partners to ensure smooth project engineering services and execution.
Manage all phases of project execution, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Coach junior project engineers to enhance team capabilities and performance.
Manage multiple project deliveries with the complete process adherence, meeting or improving and quality requirements with all the possible value additions
Collaborate with the PM and Team Leader on scope definition, risk management, and technical issue resolution.
Promote reuse of standard engineering solutions and lead cost reduction through process improvements.
Work with leadership to ensure customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
Willingness to travel to project sites to identify technical issues. 75 % travel would be there.
Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
