Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Site Management
Execute corporate landscaping projects as per approved drawings, BOQs, and timelines.
Plan and manage plantation activities, including softscape, indoor plants, vertical gardens, moss walls, and Zen gardens.
Coordinate daily site activities, manpower deployment, and work schedules.
Ensure proper site readiness before execution and smooth handover after completion.
Horticulture & Technical Responsibilities
Select appropriate plant species based on site conditions (indoor/outdoor, light, irrigation, maintenance).
Supervise planting, soil preparation, mulching, fertilization, and plant establishment.
Monitor plant health, pest management, and replacement planning.
Ensure adherence to horticulture best practices and Gamlaa quality standards.
Vendor & Material Coordination
Coordinate with nurseries, vendors, and internal FF (Fulfilment Facility) for timely material procurement.
Ensure correct material receipt, quality check, and proper documentation.
Track material consumption and report discrepancies.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Maintain quality benchmarks as per corporate client expectations.
Ensure safety protocols and site discipline are followed.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution issues proactively.
Client & Internal Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact at site for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Share regular progress updates, site reports, and photographs.
Address client feedback and ensure timely resolution.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs), site logs, and completion reports.
Assist in snag closure, handover documentation, and maintenance transition.
Support billing inputs and measurement confirmations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Horticulture / Agriculture / Landscape Management or related field.
Experience:
2–5 years of relevant experience in
corporate landscaping or horticulture project execution
.
Experience in handling
corporate offices, commercial spaces, or large-scale projects
preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of indoor & outdoor plants, soil mixes, and irrigation practices.
Good understanding of corporate landscaping execution standards.
Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with site travel across NCR.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and site documentation.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience with interior landscaping, moss installations, and premium corporate projects.
Ability to work under tight timelines and dynamic site conditions.
