Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage project timelines, tasks, and resources
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery
Maintain project documentation and reports
Facilitate communication and resolve project issues
Ensure quality standards and compliance
Manage and validate website/content (Magento/Shopify)
Requirements:
3+ years in project coordination (preferably in eCommerce)
Experience with Magento/Shopify preferred
Strong communication, organization & multitasking skills
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, Zoho, etc.
Basic technical understanding (dev/design coordination)
PMP/CAPM or similar certifications (good to have)
