Position Details
Job Title: Project Coordinator
Reporting To: Cluster Project Manager / Project Manager

Experience: 3–7 Years
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (Civil / Electrical / Electronics)
Role Objective
To support project execution by ensuring coordination, documentation, tracking, and reporting across multiple stakeholders for smooth and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Manager in planning and execution of railway projects (Civil, OHE, S&T etc.)
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Track daily progress, delays, and key milestones
Maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS
Support in resource planning and scheduling
Monitor material movement, usage, and site requirements
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports
Follow up on approvals, drawings, and client communications
Assist in billing coordination and work certification
