About this role

Manage the Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle for critical data center infrastructure, equipment, and services. Oversee PO creation, modifications, and accurate general ledger coding. Partner with logistics, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of long-lead equipment. Facilitate vendor onboarding and manage the lifecycle of agreements, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Maintain high data integrity within procurement systems. Generate regular reports on Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and Operational Expenditure (OpEx) spend, budget tracking, PO statuses, and supplier lead times to support leadership visibility and the broader Business Operations team. Align procurement schedules directly with customer build timelines to prevent downstream delays. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program or project management. Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience with supply chain enterprise resource planning and procurement operations. Experience with data analytics.
