Develop and manage strategic sourcing processes for timely, cost effective procurement while working closely with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams.
Drive the team for scalable solutions and follow-the-sun support model around placements, shortage resolution, supply demand match reviews, transactional error resolution, receiving issues demonstrating thought leadership and Subject Matter Expert (SME) skills.
Lead multiple projects or operations simultaneously or a large, cross-functional project or operations. Lead continuous improvement in purchasing, material delivery and shortage management with the focus on data analytics that enable faster decision making for deployments.
Lead cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful operational, tactical, strategic initiatives to improve efficiency.
Ensure timely supplier onboardings, system setups, identify new automation capabilities across breadth of systems.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
5 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role.
Experience in demand/supply planning, sourcing and procurement management and leading initiatives.
Experience in developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across process and systems leveraging Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Process Management, Operations, Industrial/Process Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Ability to collaborate with both internal and external cross-functional teams, clear commitment to driving overall success for the organization.
Ability to deliver results against key operational metrics and Key Performance Indicator (KPI), with to diagnose issues and drive corrective actions to improve performance.
Excellent communication skills and cross-functional leadership with the ability to work across multiple levels of the organization.
