The Role:
We are looking for a process-driven Program Manager to build and optimize the backbone of our sales and customer success operations. You will be the architect of our workflows, ensuring that from the moment a lead comes in, to their 6th month in the program, the experience is seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
Tech Stack Management:
End-to-end ownership of our CRM and communication stack. You must set up and manage workflows across
Zoho, Ozonetel, WhatsApp Business API, and Google Sheets
.
Sales Operations:
Create automated sequences for lead follow-ups, ensure data integrity in the CRM, and generate daily/weekly sales performance reports.
Program Operations:
Manage the logistics of the user journey, ensuring timely delivery of kits and scheduling of doctor consults.
Team Leadership:
Manage a small team of sales reps and coordinators to ensure KPIs are met.
Process Iteration:
Constantly analyze the funnel to identify bottlenecks and implement rapid fixes to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Who You Are (Must-Haves):
The Architect:
Proven experience creating, iterating, and managing complex operations using
Zoho (CRM/Flow)
and
Ozonetel
.
Data-Driven:
Advanced proficiency in
Google Sheets
(pivot tables, query functions, dashboards) is non-negotiable.
Experience:
3+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or Program Management, ideally in a startup environment.
Leadership:
Previous experience managing a small team (3–5 people).
