Toddle is an AI-powered teaching and learning platform for K–12 schools.
Built by educators, for educators, it is used by over
200,000 educators across 2,500+ schools in 100+ countries
.
Teachers today work 50+ hours a week. Too much of that time is spent navigating fragmented systems and administrative overhead. Our
BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal)
is to
save teachers 10+ hours every week while helping elevate their practices
, so that time can go back to what matters most - teaching, learning, and meaningful time with students.
Our approach is three-pronged.
First,
Toddle brings the
entire teaching and learning lifecycle into one place
. Teachers plan and map curriculum, create assessments and gradebooks, maintain student portfolios, communicate with families, and generate progress reports and transcripts - all from a single, coherent system. Toddle also supports adjacent workflows where teachers are closely involved, including attendance, timetables, calendars, accreditation, behaviour management, analytics, and insights.
Second,
every layer of the platform is deeply AI-powered
. Educators work with a thoughtful AI partner to plan curriculum, create lessons and assessments, assist with grading, write progress report comments, and derive insights from data. Toddle also offers student-facing AI Tutors, enabling highly personalized and immersive learning experiences.
Third,
Toddle integrates seamlessly with the broader school technology ecosystem
. The platform supports 50+ integrations across SIS platforms, content providers, data & integration platforms, and workspaces such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft.

Here’s what you’ll be doing
As Program Manager, Integrations, you will lead Toddle's Integrations function with a dual mandate — (1) building integrations as a strategic business moat that drives school stickiness and retention, and (2) ensuring world-class integration delivery and support. You will manage a team of L1 Support Engineers, own the end-to-end delivery of SIS integrations for schools across the globe, and lead the identification and expansion of Toddle's integration ecosystem across geographies and school types. To break this down, you will:
Build integrations as a competitive moat —
set up integrations as a strategic advantage by setting up SISs, LTIs and other edtech platforms; identify the highest-value integration opportunities by geography and school type; and work with Product, Sales, and Success teams to ensure integrations are a key reason schools choose and stay with Toddle
Own the vendor and partner ecosystem —
build and maintain strong relationships with SIS and LTI vendors, serve as Toddle's primary point of contact for integration partnerships, and help position Integrations not just as an onboarding function but as a strategic differentiator
Lead and develop the L1 Support team for Integrations
— set direction, manage performance, support day-to-day problem-solving, and build a high-performing team culture
Own integration delivery end-to-end
— oversee timelines, quality, and school experience across all active integration setups and Academic Year Rollovers
Drive process improvement
— identify bottlenecks across the integrations workflow, build SOPs and playbooks, and lead initiatives to reduce average turnaround time and improve school experience
Leverage AI and internal tooling
— evolve the team's use of AI-assisted tools and automation to increase efficiency without compromising quality
Collaborate cross-functionally
— work closely with the tech teams and buddies to align on integration priorities, flag systemic issues, and improve the integrations product
Be technically hands-on
— learn and work directly with API configurations, Postman, and Excel to investigate and resolve complex integration issues, and step in when the team needs support on hard escalations
Track and report on function health
— own KPIs and SLAs for the integrations function, surface risks proactively, and keep leadership informed

Technical grounding (preferred but optional):
Familiarity with REST/Batch APIs, SIS platforms, and tools like Postman; comfortable digging into data and debugging integration issues
Comfort with data:
Able to handle large datasets, perform audits, and build tools that help the team work faster
Excellent communicator:
Can navigate technical conversations with school IT directors, LTI/SIS partners as well as conversations with internal teams
