Architect program strategy and goal, communicating organizational impact to executive stakeholders.
Define and lead program charters, managing scope, timeline, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and risks for complex initiatives.
Drive governance and engagement across work streams to ensure alignment and effective escalation.
Lead executive stakeholder management takes a leadership role in partnering with executive business stakeholders to achieve program goals.
Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to optimize program delivery and business impact.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience bringing structure to a newly formed team, creating documentation and new business processes to drive efficiency and organizational consistency.
Ability to demonstrate success in program management (e.g., large and complex cross-organizational program coordination), including but not limited to planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive engagement.
