As a
Program Manager
, you will own the end-to-end success of our programs — from ideation to revenue scale. You will drive
P&L, growth strategy, curriculum development, cross-functional execution, and learner experience
, ensuring every program delivers measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
1. Program Ownership & P&L Management
Own the
end-to-end P&L
of assigned programs.
Drive revenue growth, margins, and program scalability.
Plan and manage budgets, forecasts, timelines, and team allocation.
Enable sales and performance teams with the right positioning, messaging, and assets.
2. Program Research & Launch
Identify market gaps and research emerging trends in upskilling.
Conceptualize and launch high-impact programs aligned with learner goals.
Define ICP (Ideal Customer Persona) in collaboration with marketing teams.
3. Curriculum & Mentor Collaboration
Partner with industry mentors to design cutting-edge curriculum.
Structure learning journeys that maximize engagement and outcomes.
Oversee content recording and delivery experience to ensure quality.
4. Cross-Functional Execution
Collaborate with:
Marketing & Performance
– Persona targeting, campaign inputs, GTM strategy
Design Team
– Landing pages and brand positioning
Content Team
– Core messaging for thousands of daily visitors
Operations & Community
– Feedback loops and learner engagement
Sales Team
– Conversion enablement and training
Ensure seamless coordination across teams to maintain program efficiency.
5. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
Track key metrics across revenue, retention, NPS, and engagement.
Provide structured reporting to business and product stakeholders.
Proactively identify risks and drive timely change management.

Ideal Candidate Profile
3–5 years of experience in
Program Management / Operations
, preferably in EdTech or high-growth startups.
Strong business acumen with experience managing
budgets and revenue targets
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
Prior startup experience is a strong plus.
