THE ROLE
We are seeking a passionate and driven
Program Manager(Operations)
with strong leadership abilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program implementation and people management, with a deep commitment to education systems transformation. This role requires someone who thrives in developing people and facilitating group dynamics while contributing to the overarching goals of transforming education.

Your responsibilities would include:
Oversee the day-to-day operations across Sanjhi Sikhiya's four active districts: Bathinda, Fatehgarh Sahib, Patiala, and Ropar.
Lead and manage a team of Program Managers, Program Associates, and Young Leaders to ensure successful implementation of the core program.
Build and maintain partnerships with key state-level stakeholders to drive program success and collaboration.
Guide the team in setting quarterly goals, facilitating weekly planning, conducting daily reviews, and addressing challenges through problem-solving.
Work closely with the Data, Communications, and Fundraising teams to ensure seamless organizational alignment and strategic coordination.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience or a related role, with a demonstrated passion for the socio-development sector.
Preference given to candidates with a Master's degree and fellowship experience.
Role requires travel to districts at least 2 days per week.
Daily responsibilities include 3-4 hours of planning and review calls, along with 2-3 hours dedicated to deep work such as program design, preparation, and facilitation.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, with strong communication skills across all three languages.
