This is not a coordination role; it requires independent judgment, executive presence, and the ability to drive outcomes across ambiguous, fast-moving programs. The role is on Contract (FTC) for first six months and extendable basis the performance of the individual.</p><p> </p><p>Key Areas of Focus for this Role</p><p> </p><ul><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000"><b>Portfolio Governance –</b></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><ul><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Own and maintain the Ensono Innovation Portfolio - managing intake, prioritization, funding decisions, and retirement of initiatives</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Establish and enforce governance frameworks: stage gates, decision rights, portfolio health dashboards</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Facilitate the Program Governance Group - prepare materials, track actions, drive resolution</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Maintain a single source of truth for all active initiatives: scope, status, risks, owners, and outcomes</span></p></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000"><b>Program Orchestration –</b></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><ul><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Manage interdependencies across initiatives - identifying conflicts and sequencing work to maximize delivery throughput</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Define and embed consistent program management standards, templates, and tooling across the portfolio</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Work with Project Managers and workstream leads to resolve blockers, re-plan when required, and maintain momentum</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Own RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) at portfolio level</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Build a Benefits Realization Plan: Create a benefits map linking AI capabilities → process changes → business outcomes, assign benefit owners.</span></p></li><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000">Define: KPIs and measurement approach: Realization timelines (short-, mid-, long-term), Benefits (Tangible vs. nontangible), etc.</span></p></li></ul></li></ul><p> </p><ul><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000"><b>Reporting & Communication –</b></span></p></li></ul><p>o Design and deliver the set frequency Innovation Portfolio Reports - progress, financials, risks, and highlights</p><p>o Produce exec-ready decks, board packs, and briefings related to innovation performance</p><p>o Create narrative-driven reporting that connects initiative outputs to strategic priorities</p><ul><li style="color:black !important"><p><span style="color:#000000"><b>Stakeholder Management </b> –</span></p></li></ul><p>o Serve as the primary interface between the Innovation Portfolio and business unit heads, finance, CPE, and technology leadership</p><p>o Build trust across senior stakeholders - capable of challenging timelines, managing expectations, and influencing without authority</p><p>o Coordinate with global Ensono counterparts on cross-geography initiatives</p><p> </p><p><b>Preferred Background</b></p><p><b> </b></p><p>• Prior experience in a PMO or Portfolio Office within an IT services or consulting firm (not just project delivery)</p><p>• Has worked in a matrixed, multi-geography environment</p><p>• Comfortable with ambiguity, this is a new function being built, not a steady-state role</p><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Other Qualifications/ Experience Required</b></p><p><b> </b></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / business administration, or related field</p><p>• Proven 12 plus years of experience in innovation programs / portfolio management, ideally in IT services, consulting, or technology firms</p><ul><li><p>Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of 20+ concurrent initiatives with cross-functional teams</p></li><li><p>Strong governance background, not just tracking but building and enforcing governance models</p></li><li><p>Advanced stakeholder management, comfortable presenting to executive leadership</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication can translate complexity into clear narratives</p></li><li><p>Proficient in portfolio tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent)</p></li><li><p>PgMP, PMP, or Prince2 Practitioner preferred</p></li><li><p>Agile / Scrum / SAFe certifications</p></li><li><p>Exposure to AI, digital transformation programs is a must</p></li><li><p>Should have advanced Office 365 tool skills</p></li></ul><p></p>
