Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for the Quick Commerce vertical, aligned with overall business objectives and growth targets.
Operations & Cross-functional Coordination (BAU):
Oversee day-to-day operations across cities, lead regular stand-ups, and ensure seamless coordination with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product & Tech, and Finance.
Expansion & Scalability:
Lead the expansion of Quick Commerce across new hubs and cities in line with the phased rollout plan. Identify opportunities to scale efficiently while maintaining high operational standards.
P&L Management:
Own end-to-end P&L, drive improvements in gross margins as the business scales, and ensure visibility of key metrics across stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with up to 1 year of work experience.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic SQL is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
